2. Exercise; don't be lazy for all women, your husband will "turn off" if see your buddy full of
fat. do at least 30 minutes of exercise (such jogging, yoga, or even when you
cleaning your house with vacuum cleaner.
Best do is join gym class, its fun!!!
3. Eat right; try too less eating chips, too much greasy food, junk food, soda, control your meat
consumption. LETS start eating veggie, and mix with fish or chicken and meat.
START control your food.
4. Stretching: its good for the flexibility your muscles, if you like doing Yoga, you will know
the effect of stretching,. if doesn't like yoga, try with your partner to help each
other for doing basic stretching. its good for women to avoid premature
osteoporosis.
