INGREDIENTS:
2 cups pureed ripe mangos (from about 2-3 mangos)
2 teaspoons of grated, peeled fresh ginger marinating in.
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar.
2-4 tablespoons of Tabasco habanero pepper sauce.
1 clove garlic, chopped.
¾ teaspoon of yellow curry powder
Juice of an orange
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
In blender, use the puree setting to blend together all ingredients until the sauce is very smooth.
Serve at room temperature in small individual room.
Dip grilled chicken, shrimps, fish into the sauce for a taste sensation that’s straight from the tropic.
